1. Determine when a non-opioid, non-pharmacological, and/or CAM treatment approach is appropriate
2. Utilize non-opioid and non-pharmacological treatments to manage patients' pain
3. Assess the effectiveness of non-opioid, non-pharmacological, and/or CAM treatments for pain
4. Refer to or co-manage patients with CAM treatment providers
