Script :

The SP script should be organized in the expected order (ASPE) [1]). It will avoid medical language. In addition to case information will describe patient demeanor and other characteristics including degree of cooperation and disclosure. These characteristics will be picked to fit with typical characteristics for a particular patient when appropriate, for example, a patient who is seeking drugs illegally will have characteristics that have been documented as red flags in the literature.


  • Base cases and script on real patients and real patient encounters (Silverman, 2006)
